"The Train to Nowhere" is the 10th and final episode of Season 4 of Infinity Train and the 40th episode overall. It aired on April 15, 2021.
Synopsis[]
Min and Ryan face a final challenge... or does it?
Plot[]
As the various denizens regather on a hill outside Morgan, Min-Gi tries to cheer up Ryan, who has all but given up hope of leaving the train after learning that Jeremy was on the train for five years. Ryan admits he got an exit outside the Art Gallery Car, but the train took it away when he considered using it. Min-Gi ultimately understands, and admits he would rather stick with Ryan than go back to working at Dumpty's and working in finance. The pair start jamming together, which annoys Morgan. To their surprise, Min-Gi's number reaches zero and he gets an exit leading back to Powell Lake, but Ryan's number remains at 202. Min-Gi resolves to stay until Ryan gets an exit.
Morgan, however, is upset at the prospect of them dangling in front of her their ability to leave and leave her alone once again. She opens the drawbridge of the castle and invites the waiting denizens to come in and get their revenge on the three, hoping it will scare Min-Gi into leaving. Kez suggests they run away again, but Ryan and Min-Gi refuse, and tell her she knows what to do. Just as the denizens come crashing into the room, Kez blurts out an apology, and owns up to having caused them all trouble. Ultimately, most of the denizens choose to accept her apology, except Judge Morpho, who promptly tries to attack her, only to get knocked up a chimney by Ryan using his guitar and shot into the horizon by Morgan. Kez apologizes to Morgan for what happened with Jeremy: Morgan is not ready to forgive but accepts the possibility of fixing her and Kez's relationship. Ryan's exit opens soon afterwards, and he and Min-Gi both depart after saying goodbye to Kez.
Ryan and Min-Gi, as Chicken Choice Judy, hold a concert in Utica, New York, where they perform their song "Train to Nowhere", based on their experiences on the train. A patron asks if they have any cassettes for sale, to which Min-Gi replies they are working on it.

Trivia[]
- The dish that Min-Gi tries to give Ryan in the opening scene is called a Beef Wellington.
- It is the fifth episode to not have "Car" in the title, after the Book 4 premiere "The Twin Tapes", the Book Three finale "The New Apex", the eighth episode of Book Two, "The Wasteland" and the Book One finale "The Engine".
- End tag: On the stage at the club, Min-Gi plays with his mini-synth while Ryan grips a guitar pick.
Deleted Scene[]
- In addition to apologizing for not listening to Min when he was not ready to commit to their band, Ryan also apologizes for framing Min for owning "those" magazines.[1] This moment from Marie Lum's storyboard was cut for reasons not known. Likely because it would have ruined Ryan and Min's heartfelt moment.
