"The Party Car" is the 6th episode of Season 4 of Infinity Train and the 36th episode overall. It aired on April 15, 2021.
Synopsis[]
If they want to move forward, Min and Ryan must play their first show together since splitting up the band.
Plot[]
The Steward hands Ryan and Min-Gi their belongings and leaves. They enter the club and learn that everyone there loves Kez, contrary to the previous cars. Being a band, Ryan and Min-Gi decide to prepare to perform. It quickly becomes apparent that Kez's "friends" consider her a goof up and poke fun at her misfortunes. After finding the green room, which is literally green, Min-Gi for once feels excited to play when they remember their first song. However as they step out for the show, Min-Gi finds his keys in his pocket and bails. Ryan angrily tries to leave the car when they are booed at, but Kez informs him that the party needs to be a success in order for them to leave. Ryan finds Min-Gi in the bathroom and he admits that he was not ready and that he is unsure what their end goal is. They reminisce and begin to play privately. Kez's friends tell her that they did not expect much from her, but that they find it funny, making her feel sad. She joins the boys who play their own song and their numbers go down to 127 as the exit opens for them.

Trivia[]
- While talking about the potential for themselves to become popular musicians despite being Asian, Ryan and Min-Gi discuss "Behind the Mask" by Yellow Magic Orchestra (YMO). YMO was a Japanese electronic music band who are considered pioneers of the techno-pop movement and played a key role in developing the genres of synth-pop and J-pop. "Behind the Mask" was a single from their 1979 album Solid State Survivor.
Deleted Scene[]
The deleted scene.
More of the deleted scene. Our condolences to Min for this stressful moment.
- Min-Gi tries to find a private place to change his clothes while Ryan joins the party. When Min-Gi tries changing under a table it immediately reveals to be a younger Alan Dracula during transformation. The deer leaves Min-Gi awkwardly undressed. This scene was suppose to follow Ryan's line "Haha, yeah maybe this time you can actually play with me". It was cut for time, although Min-Gi still expresses outrage after it is revealed the club had a bathroom the entire time.
- This information was revealed by Owen Dennis in the Book 4 AMA on Reddit.[1] Episode writer Justin Michael later posted the cut scene on his Twitter.[2]
- For the Infinity Train Art Exhibition Justin Michael sold 10 copies of these scripts as art toys called "Script Transforming Alan Dracula", designed to look like Alan Dracula had transformed into said script.[3]
Continuity[]
- A young Ben Greene from The Train Documentaries' "The Green Car" makes a cameo in the green room. Instead of a yellow bow tie he sports a yellow cap.

- ↑ "There's actually a whole cut scene in the Party Car where Ryan went off to party with people, leaving Min to go and try to change under a table. Then, while he was doing that, the table turned into Alan Dracula, leaving him in his underwear in front of a bunch of people. So Kez might already technically have met Alan Dracula if she wanted some punch or something." - Dennis

- ↑ "Made some art toys for the @gallerynucleus #InfinityTrain show tomorrow! If you were like, man, I wish I had a toy of Alan Dracula if he transformed into a script page of a scene where he makes a cameo that got cut for time from the show..." - Michael
