Terrance is a traveling toad that resides on the Infinity Train. The toad appears in Book Two formerly living in an empty puzzle room car where he was forced to be kicked against his will. As of now he works at The Cat's carnival where he owns his own booth.

The Toad Car[]
After Jesse Cosay, Mirror Tulip, and Alan Dracula arrive in his car, he informs them the only way out is to kick him, but begs them not to do so. However when Agent Sieve and Agent Mace are about to break in to the car, he lets himself be kicked and Alan Dracula does the honors. After the doors open Jesse takes him with them to seal the mirror police inside. Afterwards he gratefully thanks them for his freedom outside his car as he hops away.
The Lucky Cat Car[]
He runs into the three again at the carnival car and says he is now charging people to kick him and asks them to do so. He goes by the name Terrance now, although when Jesse asks if his name had been Terrance the whole time, he denies it. M.T. drops the topic when he provides no further explanation. Ultimately, they do not kick him.
Trivia[]
- Owen Dennis often used an Elvis Presley impression while reading Terrance's lines in the writer's room. The team felt it was funny and insisted Dennis use it when he actually voiced the character.[1]
- Dennis has a habit of telling fans that a character has died due to an unusual circumstance he makes up after being asked about their well-being. This is his way of not revealing whether or not certain characters will ever make another appearance in the show. During the April 2023 Instagram AMA Dennis answered that Terrance's cause of death was getting punched as a joke, adding this reveals he can take kicks but not punches.[2]
