Oshkosh Game Design Camp is a game design and programming camp in Oshkosh, Wisconsin that starts in November.
Tulip has been planning on attending this camp for multiple months but at the last minute is unable to attend due to both of her parents accidentally scheduling work trips/shifts at the time of her original departure. This prompts Tulip to run away and get to camp on her own. In her haste, she neglects the fact that the camp is 300 miles from Megan's Residence. This leads her to the Infinity Train with the promise of it taking her to Oshkosh. This, in fact, turned out to be a false promise just to get her on the train.
