Morgan is a denizen of the Train and the main antagonist of Book Four - Duet.

She has a long history with both Kez and Jeremy Bradford, as they both used to reside within her.

Appearance[]

Morgan appears as a giant castle standing tall with several towers, her inside is full with dozens of rooms containing beds, closets and other furniture for the purpose of serving Passengers.

Although Morgan herself is the castle, she has the ability to control the environment surrounding her, she can create walls and move furniture by will.

Personality[]

Morgan was described by Jeremy as kind and funny, their initial meeting resulted in them talking for hours on end.

She gifted Jeremy many hats and clothes as a token of their friendship, that and the comfortable living conditions of the castle led to Jeremy (and supposedly others) residing within her for long durations of time, up to years in Jeremy's case.

Her personality shifted once Jeremy left however, she became very lonely and got into arguments with Kez often. During the events of "The Castle Car", Morgan lashed out at Ryan and Min and started throwing furniture at them using her powers.

History[]

Book Four - Duet[]

"The Iceberg Car"[]

Kez first mentions Morgan after escaping the Parka Denizens saying that Min and Ryan come back to her home car to meet her and chill.

"The Old West Car"[]

Morgan first appeared in the background of a photo of her, Kez and Jeremy. However, since Morgan is a gender-neutral name, and Kez never bothered to mention Jeremy, Ryan and Min assumed that Jeremy was Morgan.

"The Party Car"[]

While in the Astro Queue Car, Brando jokes that Morgan couldn't make it to the party, making Kez embarrassed.

"The Mega Maze Car"[]

Morgan makes her first appearance in the distance, suddenly two rain clouds appeared over her. Apparently, due to being upset, she also created giant walls to make a maze. Eventually, Min, Ryan, and Kez managed to enter her, but when the candles lit and she's awakens, Morgan tells Kez she shouldn't have returned.

"The Castle Car"[]

After Kez explains the truth about the photo, Morgan gets mad saying since she took Jeremy from her, she doesn't get to say his name. Kez reveals that she brought Ryan and Min-Gi to Morgan to replace him, making the three of them upset. Morgan decided to take them all to Jeremy's former room. She then attacks Min and Ryan with Jeremy's clothes and food, explaining they'll just use her and leave like the passengers before Jeremy.

Later, Morgan fell asleep allowing Min and Ryan to find out what happened to Jeremy. Then, a steward arrived to take off their boots as Amelia Hughes has took over the train from One. That steward then went out of Morgan and exploded, damaging her.

"The Train to Nowhere"[]

The next day, Morgan calmed down a bit, even giving Min a meal. She told him that Ryan probably won't eat due to the previous night, having found out. Afterwards on, the two began to reconcile and play music, waking Morgan up. She wanted them to stop but they denied it, and soon Min-Gi's door opened. Morgan became very mad at this, as it was the same situation with Jeremy, she demanded that Min leave without Ryan or she'll kill her with a suit of armor. Suddenly, she's stops herself and Ryan convinced her that even though she's mad, what Kez did to Jeremy was good and she doesn't want to hurt them. She told him he was right, but then she let the Parka Denizens, Pig Toddler, Cow Creamer, Judge Morpho (who was currently inside Pig Toddler), and Nigel in since they too were still mad at Kez, even if they were destroying her. When they reached the three, Kez suddenly apologized for everything that had happened. They all realize that acknowledging their wrongs and apologizing feels good and forgive Kez. All except for Morpho, but she was hit by Ryan, shot out of one of Morgan's chimneys, and presumably perished. Ryan then used the Erastat to fix Morgan. After they all left, Kez apologized to Morgan about Jeremy. Morgan told Kez that the apology didn't make her feel better, after all, she had plans with Jeremy. She asks what the point was, and when Ryan answers her, he gets his exit too. Morgan said they could go whenever they wanted and needed to be alone, but would like to talk to Kez later.

Trivia[]

  • The name Morgan is derived from the Welsh words mor, which means "sea," and cant, which means "circle".
