The Food Pyramid Car is a car filled with food stacked like a nutritionist's food guide pyramid and structured like an Egyptian pyramid. On the Infinity Train the car made it's first appearance in the episode "The Parasite Car" of Book Two.

The Food Pyramid car is where Lake and Jesse help separate Perry the parasite from Alan Dracula's mouth.
