Diane Delano was the voice actress for Tuba. A prolific character actress, she was most known for her roles as Barbara Semanski on the CBS series Northern Exposure, and provided voiceover for projects such as Teen Titans (2003), and Batman: The Brave and the Bold (2008). She passed away from cancer on December 13, 2024, at her home in Sherman Oaks, California.
